饲粮添加白藜芦醇对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道健康的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究白藜芦醇(RSV)对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道健康的调节作用。试验选取24头遗传背景一致、健康状况良好、胎次和体重接近的21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)、低RSV组(基础饲粮中添加600mg/kgRSV)和高RSV组(基础饲粮中添加1000mg/kgRSV),每个处理8个重复,每个重复1头猪。预饲期3d,试验期21d。在第22天屠宰并收集所有试验猪的血清与肝脏样品,检测生长性能、肠道形态、肠道屏障与氧化还原平衡相关指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,(1)饲粮添加600mg/kgRSV显著提高断奶仔猪空肠CAT和SOD活性(P <0.05)、空肠ZO-2mRNA表达量(P <0.05)和断奶仔猪ADFI(P <0.05);(2)饲粮添加1000mg/kgRSV显著提高断奶仔猪空肠CAT和SOD活性(P <0.05)、空肠Claudin-1和ZO-2mRNA表达量(P <0.05)、空肠绒毛高度和绒隐比(P <0.05)和仔猪ADFI和ADG(P <0.05)。以上研究表明,饲粮补充600mg/kgRSV显著提高断奶仔猪肠道抗氧化酶活性、促进肠道屏障基因表达,但对肠道形态和生长性能均无显著影响;饲粮补充1000mg/kgRSV不仅显著提高断奶仔猪肠道抗氧化酶活性、促进肠道屏障基因表达,而且改善肠道形态、提高仔猪生长性能。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of resveratrol(RSV)on growth performance and intestinal health of weaned piglets.A total of twenty-four 21-day-old weaned piglets were selected.The piglets were divided into control group(fed basal diet),low RSV group(supplemented with 600 mg/kg RSV in basal diet)and high RSV group(supplemented with 1000 mg/kg RSV in basal diet).There were 8 replicates in each treatment,with 1 piglet per replicate.The pre-feeding period was 3 days and the experiment lasted 21 days.At day 22,serum and liver samples of all experimental pigs were slaughtered and collected to determine growth performance,intestinal morphology,intestinal barrier and redox status.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,(1)Diet supplementation with 600 mg/kg RSV significantly increased the activities of CAT and SOD in jejunum,the expression of ZO-2 mRNA in jejunum and ADFI of weaned piglets(P<0.05).(2)Dietary supplementation with 1000 mg/kg RSV significantly increased the activities of CAT and SOD in jejunum,the expression of Claudin-1 and ZO-2 mRNA in jejunum,jejunum villus height and villus height/recess depth ratio,ADFI and ADG of weaned piglets(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation with 600 mg/kg RSV significantly increased intestinal antioxidant enzyme activity,intestinal barrier gene expression of weaned piglets,but had no significant effect on intestinal morphology and growth performance.Dietary supplementation with 1000 mg/kg RSV not only significantly increased intestinal antioxidant enzyme activity and intestinal barrier gene expression,but also improved intestinal morphology and growth performance of weaned piglets.
