人参渣对黑羽乌鸡生长性能及免疫器官指数的影响

为研究人参渣对黑羽乌鸡生长性能及免疫器官指数的影响,试验选择健康的21日龄黑羽乌鸡96只,随机分为4个处理组,每组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、1%、2%、3%的人参渣。试验期4周。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比,日增重提高了19.667%、采食量提高了9.203%,差异显著(P<0.05),料重比降低8.791%,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组和对照组相比,胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、脾脏指数分别提高了16.818%、40.370%、14.393%(P<0.05);综合各种指标试验Ⅱ组效果较其他组好,即人参渣添加剂量为2%时效果较好。

Effects of ginseng residue on growth performance and immune organ index of black chicken with black feather

To study the effects of ginseng residue on growth performance and immune organ index of black chickens with black feather,96 healthy 21-day-old chinkens were rangomly divided into four treatment groups,which were supplemented with 0%,1%,2%and 3%ginseng residue in the basic diet.The trial period was 4 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the daily weight gain of theⅡgroup increased by 19.667%,the feed intake increased by 9.203%(P<0.05).The feed conversion ratio was decreased 8.791%(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the thymus index,bursa index and spleen index of theⅡgroup increased by 16.818%,40.370%and 14.393%respectively(P<0.05).The effect of groupⅡwas better than other groups when the dosage of ginseng residue was 2%.
