Distribution of productive forces in the reform of grain to feed in Gansu Province by thinking of the whole industry chain

It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to optimize the distribution of productivity of“grain to feed”with the whole industrial chain thinking.Taking Gansu Province as an example,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the“grain to feed”work in Gansu Province,discusses the necessity of the“grain to feed”construction of the whole industrial chain,preliminarily discusses the whole industrial chain mode and layout optimization of the“grain to feed”in Gansu Province,and puts forward some suggestions,such as improving relevant support policies,cultivating and expanding leading enterprises,attaching great importance to brand building and innovation Four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
