摘    要:通过熊蜂和蜜蜂在日光温室中为草莓授粉的比较试验得出,熊蜂授粉比蜜蜂授粉的草莓畸形果率(分别为11.52%和17.74%)更低,差异显著(P<0.05);平均单果重(分别为33.9171g和33.1156g)较重,差异不显著(P>0.05);VC平均含量(分别为0.6660mg/g和0.5970mg/g)较高,差异显著(P<0.05);可溶性糖平均值(分别为4.93%和6.03%)较低,差异不显著(P>0.05);可滴定酸平均含量(分别为0.1235mmol/g和0.1265mmol/g)较低,差异不显著(P>0.05)。实验结果进一步说明了熊蜂比蜜蜂更适合为日光温室草莓授粉。

Abstract:The comparative experiment of bumble bees (bombusterrestris) and honey bees (Apis mellifera L.) as pollinators for strawberry grown in greenhouses , the result showed that abortion rates (11.52%) for bumblebees pollinated strawberry were lower than those (17.7%) for honeybees pollinated strawberry, and there were significantly differents(P<0.05). average fruit weight(33.9171g) for bumblebees pollination were higher than those(33.1156g) for honeybees pollination,but no differences (P>0.05). Vitamin c (0.6660 mg/g and 0.5970 mg/g respectively) were higher, and there were significantly differents(P<0.05). Percentage sugars(4.93% and 6.03% respectively) and acidity(0.1235 mmol/g and 0.1265 mmol/g respectively) were lower, but there were no significant differences. The experiment results prove that bumblebees are more suitable than honeybees to pollinate for strawberry grown in greenhouses.
