泰山梧桐花多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调理作用

采用5种不同剂量的环磷酰胺（CTX）皮下注射小鼠,筛选能造成显著免疫抑制的CTX最佳剂量,建立小鼠免疫抑制模型。通过水提醇沉法提取泰山梧桐花多糖,将不同剂量的泰山梧桐花多糖加入到新城疫活疫苗中,制备含泰山梧桐花多糖的新城疫弱毒苗,注射免疫抑制小鼠,来探讨泰山梧桐花多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调理作用。结果显示,泰山梧桐花多糖能提高免疫抑制小鼠的抗体水平、淋巴细胞比率、淋巴细胞数及血液淋巴细胞转化率,其中400mg/L剂量组（I组）可在第3天解除CTX导致的小鼠免疫抑制;由此说明泰山梧桐花多糖对小鼠具有免疫增强作用。该研究为泰山梧桐花多糖开发成为免疫增强剂和免疫佐剂提供了理论依据。

Immune enhancement effects of Taishan Firmiana simplex flower polysaccharide on immunosuppressed mice

Mice were treated with five different doses of CTX,to select the proper dose of CTX to establish the immunsuppression model. Polysaccharide were extracted from Taishan Firmiana simplex flower through the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Different doses of Taishan Firmiana simplex flower polysaccharide were mixed with Newcastle disease freeze-dried vaccine,to study its effect on immunosuppressed mice. The results showed that Taishan Firmiana simplex flower polysaccharide can increase antibody levels, improve lymphocyte ratio, blood lym- phocyte count and enhance lymphocyte transformation rate in immunosuppressed mice. Immune- enhancing effect of Taishan Firmiana simplex flower polysaccharide at the dose of 200 mg/L is remarkable,the dose of 400 mg/L can release the immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide on the 3rd day after injection. This study showed polysaccharide had great potential to be developed into vaccine adjuvant,as well as biopharmaceutical that applied to immunity enhancement and immune suppression treatment.
