鸡致病性大肠杆菌1型菌毛fimI基因克隆与序列测定

摘    要:对鸡O2血清型致病性大肠杆菌1型菌毛fimI基因进行了扩增并与国外同源菌株基因序列进行了比较。结果表明:两者核苷酸同源性达98.42%,预测氨基酸顺序同源性达98.92%。fimI基因的预测氨基酸序列中仅第46位氨基酸由ALA变为THR,第76位氨基酸由SER变为ALA,其余核苷酸的变化未影响氨基酸的翻译,推测,这种改变是由分离株的差异所引起的。

Abstract:The nueleotide sequence of fimI gene from avian pathogenic E.coli O2 isolate was determined. The homology of nucleotide sequences of fimI gene was 98.42 %, in comparison with the data in Genhank, and the homology of amino acid sequences of FimI proteins encoded by fimI was 98.92 %. There were only two sites changed in the amino acid sequences. One was THR in the forty-sixth site, instead of ALA. The other was ALA in the seventy-sixth site, instead of SER. It suggested that the changes were due to the diversity of isolates.
