摘    要:以猪瘟兔化弱毒细胞苗分别免疫3组初生仔猪,每头1.5头剂。第1组20头先免疫,1小时后吸初乳。第2组15头,吸初乳后1小时免疫。每3组13头,吸初乳后半小时免疫。75日龄,以猪瘟弱毒单抗酶联方法测定3组动物的平均抗体(OD值)分别为0.25、0.23及0.21。80日龄,每组各随机抽出4头猪,连同非免疫对照猪6头以猪瘟石门系强毒攻击后,对照猪全死,第1组100%保护,第2组75%保护,第3组50%保护。第1组的免疫效果明显优于其他两组。

Abstract:Three groups of new_born piglets were immunized with 1.5 doses of the calf testic cell culture vaccine of rabbit adapted strain(C strain) of Hog Cholera virus.Twenty piglets(Group 1)were vaccinated 1 hour before being given colostrum,15(Group 2),1 hour and 13(Group 3)0.5 hour after being given colostrum.The average serum antibody titers(O D value)of Group 1,2 and 3 were 0.25,0.23 and 0.21,respectively,by ELISA test 75 days postvaccination.Four vaccinated pigs randomly chosen from each group,together with 6 control pigs were challenged with the virulent shimen strain of Hog Cholera Virus 80 days postvaccination.The challenge results indicated that the protective rates of Group 1,2 and 3 were 100%,75% and 50%,respectively,with the death of all control animals.
