摘    要:本研究对1株鹅源和一株鸽源的H5N1亚型禽流感病毒血凝素(HA)基因进行扩增、克隆和序列分析。结果表明,所扩增的片段长均为1707bp,包含完整的开放阅读框架,编码568个氨基酸;该毒株有7个潜在糖基化位点;在HA裂解位点附近有6个碱性氨基酸序列插入。两毒株间核苷酸与氨基酸的同源性均为96.7%。该毒株与参考毒株的序列比较分析结果表明:核苷酸同源率分别为95.3%~99%;氨基酸同源率分别为95.1%~99.3%。

Abstract:In this study,cDNAS of HA gene of A goose and A pigeon H5 avian influenza isolates were amplified and cloned and then sequenced.The results of sequence showed that 1 707 bp of two HA cDNAs covered the whole open reading frames encoding 468 amino acid residues; There are 7 potential glycosylation sites and they both share 6 basic amino acids insert at the cleavage site in the influenza virus isolates. There are high homology of 96.7 % between the two isolates.The results of comparative sequence analysis indicated that 95.3 % to 99 % of nucleotide homology and 95.1% to 99.3 % of amino acid homology with other reference strains.
