| 摘 要： | 10株中国H9N2禽流感病毒分离株的血凝素基因分析表明，这些分离株间的亲缘关系较近，推测它们可能来源于同一种系，H9亚型分离株的HA1亚单位系统发育分析表明中国AIV分离株与97香港禽类市场上分离到的毒株不同，中国分离株中在HA切割位点上均未见到典型的高致病力毒株H5、H7所具有的一系列碱性氨基酸，其排列均为－PARSSGLF－，系统发育分析表明该10株属欧亚种系。

| Abstract: | Sequence analysis of the hemagglutinin(HA)gene of 10 China H9N2 avian influenza virus(AIV)isolates showed that these viruses were closely related and might came from the same source.Phylogenetic analysis of the HA1 subunit of H9 subrype isolates revealed that China AIV isolates were different from isolates from the poultry markets in HongKong in 1997.None of the China AIVs had multiple basic amino acids at the HA cleavage site that confer high pathogeicity to some H5 and H7 AIVs.Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that China isolates cluster with Eurasian origin. |
