番鸭细小病毒与鹅细小病毒的PCR鉴别诊断

摘    要:通过比较基因bank中番鸭细小病毒(MDPV)和鹅细小病毒(GPV)的全基因序列,针对两种病毒非结构蛋白基因序列的相同区段,分别设计了两对PCR引物LHMP/LHMP2和LHGP1/LHGP2,用这两对引物分别对MDPV和GPV进行检测,其结果引物LHMP1/LHMP2只特异性地扩增MDPV,而引物LHGP1/LHGP2也只特异性地扩增GPV,并且两对引物均扩增出约720bp的长度序列。

Differential_Diagnosis of Muscovy Duck and Goose Parvoviruses using Polymerase Chain Reaction
Abstract:By comparing complete nucleotide sequences ofMuscovy duck and Goose parvoviruses registered in the gene bank,two pairs ofprimers(LHMP1/LHGP2和LHGP1/LHGP2)were designed respectively corresponding to the sameregion of non_structural protein gene of the two viruses.MDPV and GPV were detected byusing these two primers.The first primer could only specifically amplify DNA of MDPV whichwere isolated from different areas;and the second primer also could only amplify that ofGPV.However,an 720_bp band all amplified in both cases.
