摘    要:根据GenBank公布的非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)P72基因序列,设计了一对特异性引物和探针,使用含有选定检测序列的重组质粒标准品绘制标准曲线,建立了非洲猪瘟病毒实时荧光定量PCR检测方法。结果表明:该方法的敏感性可达100个拷贝值,具有良好的敏感性和重复性。

Abstract:A pair of specific primers and probe were designed according to the published sequence of P72 gene of African swine fever virus(ASFV)in GenBank and a series of dilutions of recombinant plasmids were prepared and used to generate standard curves,to establish a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method for detection of ASFV.The results showed that the PCR method was capable to detect 100 copies of African swine fever virus.The method was very sensitive and repeatable.
