| 摘 要： | 从鳍基部、躯干部以及腹面出现斑点状出血的患病河豚鱼病灶处分离出11株优势菌(M1～M11),以体壁肌肉注射方式进行感染实验,证实菌株M2、M3～M6和M10为养殖河豚鱼鳍基部、躯干部以及腹面出现斑点状出血的病原菌,经形态学观察、生理生化特性分析和实时PCR检测,鉴定结果均为河弧菌。对15种药物的敏感性试验证实该菌株对氯霉素、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星较为敏感。 |

| Abstract: | Eleven bacterial strains named M1-Mll were isolated from the cultured swellfish with dermahemia in abdominal. pinna and truncal region.The strains M2,M3-M6 and M10 were proved to be pathogen by muscle injection.By meens of morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristic analysis and PCR detection, They were identified as Vibrio fluvialis.The results of sensitivity test with 15 antibacterial agents showed that they were sensitive to Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin and Norfloxacin. |
