| 摘 要： | 以2．5％NaCl浸提猪链球菌荚膜多糖抗原，选用2％明胶作封闭液，4％PEG－PBS为血清稀释液，用ELISA检测猪链球菌病血清抗体，特异性强，比琼扩敏感25-250倍，简便快速，在本病诊断、检疫中有一定实用价值。

| Abstract: | An ELISA was established for thedetection of serum antibody against swine streptocosisusing 2. 5% NaCl to extract capsular polyaccharideantigen of streptococcus sui, with 2% gelatin asblocking. Solution and 4 % PEG -PBS as serum dilu-ent Test on 4 immuuized sera, 16 sera from swinestreptococcosis infected pigs, 7 sera of with pigs in-fected other diseases than swine streptococcosis and115 submitted sera for detection showed that theELISA was of high specificity and its sensilivity was25- 250 times than AGID. |
