鸡传染性支气管炎ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的研究

利用鸡传染性支气管炎M41株病毒研制了检测鸡传染性支气管炎抗体的ELISA试剂盒。抗原最佳包被浓度为0．973ug／ml，被检血清最佳稀释度为1：200，酶标结合物最适工作浓度1：1200，血清样品阴阳性临界值为0．184。本试剂盒和Aflfinitech的IB试剂盒同时检测56份血清样品，比较结果表明本试剂盒的特异性和敏感性分别为100％和88％。试剂盒保存期试验结果表明，试剂盒可保存6个月。

Development of ELISA Antibody Test Kit for Infectious Bronchitis

An ELISA kit for detecting antibody against infectious bronchitis (I B) was developed with IBV-M41 strain. The optimal concentration of coated antige n was 0.973ug/ml; the optimal serum dilution was 1:200; the optimal conjugate ti ter was 1:1200; the threshold of ELISA was determined as 0.184. 56 serum samples were detected for the antibody to IBV by using the developed ELISA and the Affi nitech Kit. It was found that the specificity and sensitivity of the developed E LISA were 100% and 88% respectively. It was shown that the kit could be stored f or 6 months.
