| 摘 要： | 为了解钦州市临床健康猪群中猪链球菌2型的流行情况,采用PCR方法对采集的病料进行检测分析。374份样品的PCR检测结果显示,链球菌、猪链球菌、猪链球菌2型的带菌率分别为81.8%、48.9%、2.9%,表明钦州市健康猪中猪链球菌带菌率高,但猪链球菌2型带菌率较低。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the epidemic of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 in clinical healthy swine in Qinzhou,374 tonsils collected from clinical healthy swine were detected by multiple PCR.Streptococcus,Streptococcus suis,Streptococcus suis serotype 2 positive rates were 81.8%,48.9%,2.9%,respectively.The results showed that clinical healthy swine in a carrier rate of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 was low in Qinzhou of Guangxi. |
