摘    要:以猪旋毛虫抗原基因Ts88的重组蛋白为包被抗原,建立了猪旋毛虫抗体间接ELISA检测方法。最佳抗原包被浓度为1μg/mL,待检血清的最佳稀释倍数为1:80。采用间接ELISA方法检测2000份猪血清,阳性检出率为1.5%,血清样本对应猪肉采用镜检法,阳性检出率为1.30%。试验结果显示,该方法操作简便、快速、特异性好,适用于猪旋毛虫的临床诊断和流行病学调查。

Abstract:Based on the purified the recombinant Ts88 proteins, a indirect ELISA (I-ELISA) was developed to detect Trichinella spiralis anti-body in pigs. For the indirect ELISA method, the optimal concentration of coating antigen in I-ELISA was 1μg/mL, the optimal dilution of the serum was 1:80. The positive rate was 1.5 percent from 2000 serum samples by I-ELISA, whereas the microscope test was 1.30 percent. The present study suggested that the method is very simple,specific and rapid,and very useful for clinical diagnosis and epidemiological survey of Trichinosis.
