四川省宜宾市屠宰企业非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测能力比对

屠宰企业的非洲猪瘟自检对切断病毒传播链条、打好非洲猪瘟攻坚战有着重要作用。为摸清四川省宜宾市屠宰企业的非洲猪瘟检测水平,对全市10个区县83家屠宰企业组织开展了非洲猪瘟检测能力比对工作。结果显示:屠宰企业检测人员偏少、岗位工作时间短、文化程度不高;不同区县、不同类别、不同组合的检测结果存在差异,有的差异较大。总的检测敏感性为49.72%,特异性为87.41%,准确率为66.56%。结果表明:屠宰企业的检测能力较为一般,监测风险预警效果不甚理想,有待加强。建议从保障人员队伍和加强操作培训两方面入手,提高屠宰企业非洲猪瘟检测能力。

Comparison and Analysis of Detection Capability for Nucleic Acids of African Swine Fever Virus in Slaughtering Enterprises in Yibin City of Sichuan Province

The self-inspection of African swine fever virus in slaughtering enterprises has a positive and important role in cutting off the virus transmission chain and fighting the battle against African swine fever.In order to find out the detection level of African swine fever virus in slaughtering enterprises in Yibin City of Sichuan Province,a comparison of African swine fever virus detection capabilities was conducted in 83 slaughtering enterprises in 10 districts and counties of the city.The results showed that the inspectors employed by slaughtering enterprises were not enough,with less working hours and low education level,there were differences in the test results in different districts,counties,catagories and different combinations,and some of them were quite different.The total detection sensitivity was 49.72%,the specificity was 87.41%,and the accuracy was 66.56%.The results showed that the detection capacity of slaughtering enterprises was relatively general,and the effect of early warning of risk monitoring was not ideal,which needed to be strengthened.It was recommended to start from the aspects of safeguarding the personnel team and strengthening operation training to improve the detection capacity of African swine fever in slaughtering enterprises.
