云南省文山壮族苗族自治州首例非洲猪瘟的初步诊断

2019年5月23日,云南省文山壮族苗族自治州砚山县维摩乡散养户饲养的猪发生疑似非洲猪瘟疫情。文山州动物疫病预防控制中心兽医分子生物学实验室运用PCR核酸检测技术结合临床剖检,对该起疫情进行了初步诊断,并经云南省动物疫病预防控制中心兽医实验室复核,确诊为非洲猪瘟病毒感染。此次非洲猪瘟的临床诊断与PCR检测,为基层实验室非洲猪瘟诊断积累了经验,对非洲猪瘟的早发现、早控制具有积极意义。

Preliminary Diagnosis of the First Case of African Swine Fever in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province

On May 23,2019,a suspected case of African swine fever(ASF)occurred in a free-range household in Weimo Township,Yanshan County,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province.The case was preliminarily diagnosed by the combination of PCR assay and clinical autopsy by the veterinary molecular biology laboratory of Wenshan Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control,and confirmed as ASFV infection by the veterinary laboratory of Yunnan Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control.The clinical diagnosis and PCR detection of the case provided local laboratories with some experience for the diagnosis of ASF,and had a positive meaning for its detection and control in early stage.
