| 摘 要： | 在人工感染鸣沙氏住白虫条件下，裂殖子在感染后第5天侵入内脏组织血细胞形成早期配子体。约两周后配子体发育成熟并在约第20天虫体密度达峰值．第60天开始虫体迅速衰减，到第90天虫体在外周血液中消失。通过计数说明了外周血液中配子体数量的消长变化。

| Abstract: | The Leucocytozoon sabracast gametoeyte development in chicken following artifieial infection isdescribed. It was found that schizosoites intrude blnd cells in tissues to form early gametocytes in 5 days afterinfection. The gametocyte matured in two weeks and reached a peak usually at the 20th day,declined rapidly in60 days and disappered in 90 days. The change of the relative number of gametocytes in peripheral blood werecalculated. |
