| 摘 要： | 为了控制犊牛的性别,提高母犊率,通过生物技术方法,运用Zfy干扰基因载体对荷斯坦种公牛睾丸进行连续处理后,采集其精液制成性控冻精。通过小规模试验和大群中试应用,情期受胎率分别达到72.2%、65.4%,母犊率分别达到76.9%、71.6%,与普通冻精比较,母犊率分别高出29个百分点和23.7个百分点。后裔13月龄测试,其体重、胸围、体斜长等与普通冻精后裔基本一致(P>0.05)。说明这种性别控制的方法可行。
