| 摘 要： | 根据牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的5’端非编码区设计了1对可以扩增244bp BVDV某段基因序列的特异性引物,优化建立了BVD的二温式PCR快速检测方法。特异性试验和敏感性试验结果表明,该方法只对BVDV模板进行扩增,而对其他对照病毒的检测均为阴性;最低能检测到1pg牛病毒性腹泻病毒RNA。本研究所建立的BVD二温式PCR方法是一种快速、特异、敏感的检测方法。

| Abstract: | We describe a two-temperature PCR for rapid detection of bovine virus diarrhea virus（BVDV）that amplification with primers derived form conserved sequences within the BVD 5’-untranslated region yielded a 244-bp product.Assay specificity was high without any cross-reactions with CSFV,BRV,MB and IBRV,and the detection limit of the two-temperature PCR was 1pg/μL of BVD RNA,indicating a good sensitivity of the assay.This two-temperature PCR assay would be a rapid,specific,sensitive method of BVD’s detection. |
