| Abstract: | Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technology to detect African swine fever virus (ASFV) targeted to the gene encoding ASFV structure protein VP73. Postive sample gave a 1 kb amplified DNA fragment. This is a fast, safe and sensitive method for ASFV detection. |
