向家兔腹腔中注入含蜱传回归热螺旋体血液０．８～１．０ｍＬ。１０ｄ后全部处死，剖检发现其内脏器官均普遍充血、肿大，尤以肝脾为著。镜下各实质器官细胞浊肿，有较多淋巴细胞浸润和散在点状出血，其特征性病变是网状内皮细胞增生和形成肉芽肿结节

Pathomorphological Studies of the Rabbit Affected by Tick borne Relapsing Fever

?.0 mL of blood containing tick borne relapsing fever Borellia sp. was injected into the abdominal cavities of rabbits. The animals were killed 10 days later, and autopsy was made. The results showed that the internal organs had universal congestion and swelling, especially liver and spleen. Observations under light microscope demonstrated that the cloudy swelling of cells in parenchymatous organis, the infiltration of lymphocytes and dispersed dot like bleedings. The characteristics of pathological abnormalities were the proliferation of reticuloendothelial cells and the formation of granuloma.
