摘    要:将216只预饲喂的28日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡分成4组,分别饲喂含γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量为0、30、50和50 mg/kg(饮水)的基础日粮,每组设3个重复,每个重复18只鸡,试验于持续高温人工舱内饲养14 d.结果表明,GABA对呼吸率和直肠温度无显著(P>0.05)影响.时血液中T_3、T_4、皮质醇(COR)和IL-Ⅱ无显著(P>0.05)影响.结果提示,GABA可以降低持续高温热应激肉鸡的呼吸率和直肠温度,并提高其内分泌机能和免疫机能.

Abstract:The effect of γ-aminobutyric acid on respiration rate,rectal temperature and blood parameters in broilers under heat stress formed by the intense heat conditions was studied in this paper.Two hundred and sixteen pre-fed AA broilers which were 28 days old were investigated by being assigned into four dietary treatments with three repli-cates of eighteen each.These four groups were fed basal diet contained γ-aminobutyric acid 0,30,50 and 50 mg/kg in water,respectively.These broilers were fed in man-made heat stress under continual high temperature for four-teen days.Our results showed that the effects of GABA were not significant on rectal temperature,blood parameters and T_3,T_4 ,COR,IL-Ⅱ in blood(P>0.05).But it could decrease the rectal temperature and blood parameters un-der heat stress and increase the endocrine function and immunized function.
