| 摘 要： | 用从废弃猪肉里提取的复合氨基酸配制的S1640细胞培养基,进行了淋巴细胞和组织培养,并与从国外进口的RPMI1640和国产1640细胞培养基作了比较.细胞遗传学指标检测的结果表明,S1640和日本、美国RPMI1640细胞培养基的细胞培养结果基本一样,而与国产干粉1640存在显著性差异,比国产干粉1640的效果好.

| Abstract: | The S 1640 cell culture medium prepared with compound amino acids (extracted from condemned pork) plus vitamines, carbohydrates, inorganic elements and O-R reagent was used to cultivate human lymphocyte and tissues. According to the cytogenetic indices, its cultivation efficacy was basically identical with that of RPMI 1640 imported from Japan or U. S. A., while it was more excellent than domestic powder 1640. |
