摘    要:为了研究参与人T细胞活化、增殖、信号转导的相关基因,以正常人初始T细胞作为对照样本,以抗人CD3抗体联合抗人CD28抗体激发的人T细胞作为试验样本,进行抑制性削减杂交。结果筛选到43个侯选克隆,对其单向测序后,经过与GenBank同源序列比较,证实了6个克隆参与了T细胞活化增殖和信号转导的下游通路,分别为CCND2、RhoA、IRF4、FKSG44、EBP、PRPPS2;13个克隆所可能编码的基因与T细胞活化、分裂增殖、分化有关,另外24个克隆在GenBank无法查到对应的同源基因,可能代表了新基因。对这些基因的进一步研究,有助于阐释T细胞活化、增殖的信号转导机制,为了解体内活化T细胞参与的生理和病理过程,具有一定的指导意义。
