| 摘 要： | 根据羊附红细胞体的16S rRNA基因参考序列，设计1对特异性引物．建立了检测羊附红细胞体的PCR技术。用本方法从感染血样中特异扩增出1条预期大小为1169bp的片段。该方法灵敏、快速、特异性高．可用于羊附红细胞体病的早期快速诊断和流行病学调查。 |

| Abstract: | A pair of E.ovis specific primers were designed according to the 16S rRNA gene sequence of Eperythrozoon ovis.The PCR method was developed for the detection of Eperythrozoon ovis infection.The Eperythrozoon ovis DNA template was specifically amplified from blood sampled in sheep.The 1 169 -basepair(bp) fragment was obtained.The fragment was correspond with expected.The method was sensitive and reliable in detecting sheep latent infection of the disease. |
