口蹄疫病毒特异性抗体间接ELISA检测方法的建立

摘    要:以Chap10-VP1融合蛋白为包被抗原。建立了检测口蹄疫病毒特异性抗的间接ELISA方法。抗原包被浓度为50μg/L时。血清最佳稀释度为1:400,病毒与阳性血清的反应可被Chap10-VP1蛋白阻断,检测的灵敏度为1:1600。
