| 摘 要： | 从表现传染性腺胃炎的病鸡中分离到 １ 株病毒。该病毒呈球形，真径 ８０～１００ ｎｍ ，有囊膜。将病料接种于鸡胚成纤维细胞，分别用单克隆抗体免疫荧光试验、酶联免疫吸附试验，证明该病毒为网状内皮组织增生症病毒。用细胞培养物接种于 １ 日龄健康鸡，复制出与临床完全相同的症状。

| Abstract: | One strain of virus was isolated from the chickens infected with transmssible proventriculitis. The virus was enveloped with a shape spherically, ranging from 80 nm to 100 nm in diameter. The virus was cultured in CEF and identified as reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV) by indirect fluorescent antibody test and indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay with monoclonal antibody of REV. The CEF culture of the virus was inoculated into one day old chickens, and the symptoms similar to the clinical cases were found. |
