| Abstract: | Coronavirus, a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA virus, is widespread in nature.According to the characteristics of serotype and gene sequence, the coronavirus can be divided into four genera, i.e.,α,β,γ,and δ.Currently, coronaviruses have been found to only infect vertebrates and easily cause zoonotic diseases, posing a significant potential risk to public health and safety.However, different species of coronavirus have vary infectivity to animals, resulting in variable pathological characteristics of infected animals.Here, the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of diseases caused by several coronavirus were reviewed, which could provide reference for understanding of the occurrence, development, and outcome of these diseases. |
