饲粮中添加镧对猪生长的影响及安全性

6 0头“杜长大”生长猪分为 2组 (每组 3个重复 ) ,分别饲喂添加 0、10 0 mg/ kg镧 (lanthanum,L a)的相同饲粮 ,进行了为期 30 d的饲养试验 ,以研究稀土元素镧对猪生长性能的影响。采取血样分析了生长激素分泌模式 ,并通过对内脏器官中镧残留量的检测 ,对其饲用安全性进行了初步探讨。结果显示 ,添加镧使生长猪日增重、饲料转化效率分别提高了 13.0 6 %(P<0 .0 5 )和 6 .5 3%(P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清生长激素峰强度、基线水平、总体水平分别提高了 10 3.35 %(P<0 .0 5 )、89.88%(P<0 .0 5 )和 90 .91%(P<0 .0 5 ) ;各器官脏器中镧含量未发现有明显变化。

Effect of Supplemental Lanthanum on Growth Performance of Pigs and Its Security as a Feed Additive

A feeding trial using 60 crossbred growing pigs randomly assigned to two groups(each of which included three replicates) receiv ing the same basal diet supplemented with 0 or 100 mg/kg Lanthanum(La) respectiv ely for 30 d was conducted to study the effect of La on growth performance.The b lood samples were collected and analyzed to study the growth hormone secretion p attern.La residues in selected organs were analyzed to test the security as anim al product.The results showed that ADG and FCR of growing pigs were increased by 13.06%(P<0.05) and 6.53%(P<0.05) with the supplementation of La.Blo od s amples analysis showed that peak amplitude,base-line level and mean level of GH in serum were elevated by 103.35%(P<0.05),89.88%(P<0.05) and 90.91 %(P <0.05) respectively.No significant difference of La residues was found in sel ected organs between the control and La-treated group.
