氨化秸秆育肥肉牛增重试验

摘    要:目的]检验氨化小麦秸秆与小麦秸杆对夏西黄育肥牛增重的效果.方法]试验选择改良去势夏西黄公牛40头,随机分为氨化组与对照组,每组20头,经60 d试验.在相同饲养管理水平下,对照组饲喂普通麦秸,实验组饲喂氨化麦秸.结果]在60 d试验期内,试验组增重效果高于对照组,头均日增重为1.06 kg,比对照组提高37.66%,日增重差异显著(P<0.05).头日净增收多5.32元,提高48.6%,经济效益显著.结论]麦秸经过氨化处理,不仅可以提高育肥牛增重效果,而且可以明显提高饲料报酬,降低饲料成本,提高肉羊养殖经济效益.

Abstract:Objective] To test the gaining effect of fattening cattle with ammoniated wheat and drywheat straw. Method]A total of 40 Xiaxi yellow bulls with castration were selected , and were fed diets ofdifferent combinations (ammoniated wheat and dry wheat straw) for 60 d. At the same feeding manage-ment condition, the control group was fed dry wheat straw, the test group was fed ammoniated wheat.Conclusion]In the experimental period (n=60d), the weight effect of experimental group is higher thanthat of the control group, and the average daily weight of ammoniated wheat group (1.06kg) was signifi-cantly increased for 37.66 percent than that of dry wheat straw (P〈0.05) per cattle. Moreover, the netgain per animal of ammoniated wheat group were increased by 5.32 yuan and increased by 48.6% per day.Therefore, the economic benefit was remarkable increase. Conclusion]Ammoniated wheat not only couldimprove the weight gain for fattening cattle, but also could significantly improve the feed remuneration aswell as reduce feed cost and improve the economic benefit for breeding beef cattle.
