| 摘 要： | 本文对秦川牛线粒体DNA D－loop高变区的核苷酸序列进行了分析，结果发现，秦川牛D－loop高变区的核苷酸变异率约为1．08％，其核苷酸变异类型包括转换、颠换和插入3种形式，其中转换最常见。

| Abstract: | This study investigated mitochondrial DNA D-loop hypervariable region in Qinchuan cattle. The results showed that the nucleotide variational rate of hypervariable region in D-loop in Qinchuan cattle was 1.08 %, three types of mutations including transition, transversion and insertion were found in the hypervariable region, of which the event of transition was frequent. |
