利用西杂牛和秦川牛做受体进行奶牛胚胎移植的对比试验

目的]为了选择奶牛胚胎移植的理想受体。方法]通过利用不同品种的本地黄牛～西杂牛84头和秦川牛77头做受体，进行荷斯坦奶牛胚胎移植效果的对比试验。结果]西杂牛的同期发情率、受体可用率、受胎率都显著高于秦川牛（P〈0．05），而且难产率低，奶水充足。结论]表明西杂牛是奶牛胚胎移植的理想受体。

Comparative Test of Embryo Transfer for Dairy Cows between Simmental Hybridize-crossbreeding and Qinchuan Cattle Recipients

Objective] To select the ideal recipient for embryo transfer of dairy cows. Method] 84 hybridize-crossbreeding of Simmental and local cattle and 77 Qinchuan eattle were selected as the recipients, the effect of embryo transfer of Holstein was compared between the two recipients. Result]Estrus synchronization rate, available recipient rate and pregnancy rate of the hybrids were markedly higher than that of Qinchuan cattle （ P〈0.05）. And the Dystoeia rate was lower than that of Qinchuan cattle. Furthermore, Simmental cattle hybrids had abundant milk. Conclusion] The results showed that the Simrnental cattle hybrids was the ideal recipient for embryo transfer of dairy cows.
