犊牛蛔虫病流行病学调查及防控对策

摘    要:目的]为有效防控犊牛蛔虫病,方法]采用选点入户、化验查卵、驱虫试验、剖检查虫等方法,结果]查明蛔虫病发病率64.99%(20%~100%);致死率13.81%(4%~60%)。粪便蛔虫卵检出率80.40%,E.P.G平均(291±125)枚。驱虫试验排虫率91%,头均(50±19)条;剖检查虫头均(53±13)条。天然牧草、草下表土、草滩积水、牛栏牛舍泥土样本感染性蛔虫卵检出率79%,虫卵数平均(10±6)枚/g。结论]当地犊牛蛔虫病流行,由草场、牛舍蛔虫卵污染造成。据此制定实施母牛适时驱除幼虫,犊牛早期驱除蛔虫,牛舍草场灭卵净化,严防母牛感染的综合防控对策。

Abstract:In order to prevent and control ascariasis effectively, the incidence rate of ascariasis was 64.99% (20%) , and the mortality rate was 13.81% (4%) . The positive rate of ascaris eggs in feces was 80.40% , E. P. G 291 ± 125. The rate of deworming was 91% , the head 50 ± 19, and the head 53 ± 13. The positive rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs was 79% and the number of eggs was10 ± 6/g. Conclusion: ASCARIASIS is prevalent in local calves, which is caused by the contamination of ascaris eggs in pasture and cattle shed. According to the above, the comprehensive prevention and control measures of timely expelling of larvae in cows, early expelling of ascaris in calves, clearing of eggs in cowshed pasture and preventing infection in cows were formulated.
