桑叶桑蚕幼虫及茧壳重金属含量的分析测定

摘    要:实验检测了桑叶、桑蚕幼虫和茧壳中的重金属元素砷、铅、汞的含量.结果发现,桑叶、桑蚕幼虫和茧壳中的汞含量没有规律,蚕体中的砷含量高于桑叶含量.砷和汞在桑叶、桑蚕幼虫和茧壳中的含量均比较低,符合国家保健食品通用标准的要求.但是,对于铅而言,桑叶中的含量却比蚕体中的含量低,这是一个有趣的现象.

Abstract:Heavy metals elements, suchas As, Pb and Hg content in mulberry leaves, silkworm larvae and cocoon shells were determined respectively, the experiment result showed that silkworm larvae's As content was higher than mulberry leaves, both of silkworm larvae and mulberry leaves' Hg content was not orderliness, but the As and Hg content in silkworm larvae, mulberry leaves and cocoon shells, all measured up to national standard, general standard for health foods. But the Pb content in silkworm larvae was lower then in mulberry leaves, and the mulberry leaves' Pb content was higher than the national standard's lines.
