| 摘 要： | 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳部肿胀法,与新疆紫草的抗炎作用相比较,探讨泰山紫草的醇提物和水提液的抗炎作用.结果表明,泰山紫草有一定的抗炎作用,其抗炎效果与新疆紫草的抗炎效果无明显区别,且与浓度呈正相关,醇提物的抗炎效果比水提液的抗炎效果好.首次报道了泰山紫草的抗炎活性,为泰山紫草的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | The method of xylene application to cause ear swelling in mice was used to compare the anti-inflammatory effect of Xinjiang Arnebia euchroma,with that of water and alcohol extractions from Mountain Tai A.euchroma.The anti-inflammatory effects of Mountain Tai A.euchroma were the same as those of Xinjiang A.euchroma and were positively correlated with concentration.The anti-inflammatory effects of alcohol extracts were better than those of water extracts.This is the first report of the anti-inflammatory effects of Mountain Tai A.euchroma and is offered as a scientific basis for further development of Mountain Tai A.euchroma. |
