草地资源分类经营初探

传统的草地资源经营理念已带来了诸多的生态和社会问题,转变经营理念是草业科学发展的必然需求.通过对草地资源分类经营的理论依据和必然性的分析,提出了草地资源分类经营是未来草地资源经营的主要模式,其内容主要指根据草地资源在区域发展中的主导功能和社会需求的分化,将现存草地资源从空间上划分为生态功能区,经济功能区和多功能区3种类型,在时间序列上分别采取不同的经营策略.

Classification management for grassland resources:A preliminary exploration

Many social and ecological problems have resulted from traditional ideas about grassland resource management, and changing these ideas is urgent to rationally use grassland resources. Based on the multifunctionality of grassland, the concept and theory of classification for grassland resource management was introduced in this paper. According to the different functions performed by grassland in a certain region and mankind's needs, grassland resources, in spatial distribution, are classified into three main management sectors, namely, ecological function sector, economic function sector, and multifunctional sector. Different (management) measures are put in place for the three sectors over time. The ecological function sector is mainly devoted to ecological and social values, the economic function sector is focused on economic benefits through moderate or intensive production, and the multifunctional sector not only gives ecological value but also produces economic benefit.
