阿勒泰地区草地畜牧业雪灾的遥感监测与评价

摘    要:使用ERDAS IMAGING8.5软件分析NOAA/AVHRR资料,建立了基于空间统计分析的雪深遥感监测模型;在GIS技术的支持下,实现了对遥感获取的雪灾信息与地面实际监测信息的空间化、定量化分析,建立了草地畜牧业雪灾的评价模型和损失估算模型。对阿勒泰地区2000年雪灾损失的评价,可为政府部门今后制定防灾救灾措施、合理安排草地畜牧业生产提供决策支持。

Abstract:ERDAS IMAGING 8.5 software was used to carry out statistical analysis on NOAA/AVHRR data. Based on spatial statistics analysis, a snow depth remote sensing monitoring model was established. With support of GIS technology, spatial and quantitative analysis was carried out using snow disaster information obtained through remote sensing and ground measurements, and models of grassland livestock industry snow disaster evaluation and loss estimate appraisal were established. The 2000 Aletai region snow disaster loss appraisal can provide future decision-making and planning support for local governments setting down prevention and recovery measures for snow disasters, and making reasonable plans for pastoral livestock industry production.
