摘    要:鲜草刈割后,立即快速烘干,调制成青干草,脱水量很大,能耗很高.如自然晒干,营养损失较大.用1.5%K2CO3或Ca(OH).溶液喷洒鲜草,刈割后3~4h,可将鲜草含水量降至70%,再进行快速烘干,可节省50%能源,降低调制成本.与自然干燥比较可缩短脱水时间,减少调制过程中蛋白质和胡萝卜素的损失,提高青干草的质量.

Abstract:Fast drying after green feed harvested often contributes to high energy consumption, whereas under natural field conditions nutrient loss is relatively high. It was recommended that spraying a solution included potassium (K2CO3) or sodium (Na2CO3) carbonates on the crop after cut in 3 to 4 hours would reduce its moisture content to 70%, then processed by {asr drying. Compared with fast drying the treatment could save energy consumption by 50% and reduce the processing costs. It could speed water loss, reduce protein and carotene losses, and improve hay quality in comparison with natural field drying.
