毛皮动物育种软件应用现状与展望

动物育种软件的应用,告别了传统的表型选种时代,对育种准确性的提高起到了至关重要的作用。我国在毛皮动物育种软件的研发与应用上还不成熟,而软件在动物育种中的应用是当前乃至未来规模化养殖的大势所趋。本文针对目前育种软件在畜禽和毛皮动物中的应用现状,从育种资料管理、遗传评估系统、计算机模拟研究、育种专家系统、网络信息传递与共享5个方面进行了相关论述,并在归纳、总结畜禽育种软件研究成果、先进经验的基础上,结合毛皮动物的自身特点,探讨了在毛皮动物中应用育种软件的必要性和可行性,以期能为今后毛皮动物育种软件的应用提供参考。

Status and Prospects for the Application of Breeding Software in Fur Animal

The application of animal breeding software has replaced traditional phenotypic breeding,and has improved the accuracy of breeding.The use of fur animal breeding software is not well developed in China but the application of software to animal breeding is the general trend of large-scale breeding at present and in the future.In view of the current application status of breeding software in livestock and fur animals,in this paper we discussed the five aspects of breeding information management,genetic evaluation system,computer simulation research,breeding expert system,network information transmission and sharing.Based on the research results and advanced experience of livestock breeding software,combined with the characteristics of fur animals,the necessity and feasibility of the application of breeding software in fur animal are discussed,hoping to provide a reference for the future application of fur animal breeding software.
