鸭源致病性大肠杆菌的分离与药敏试验

摘    要:对安徽省鸭场病死鸭的脑、肝脏、和脾脏和心脏进行分离培养,经革兰氏染色、生化试验、菌落研究,初步鉴定为大肠杆菌。在致病性试验中,以3.0×10^8CFU/mL剂量感染健康昆明小鼠,小白鼠在8~24h内全部死亡。药物敏感试验结果显示该鸭分离的菌株对链霉素、氯霉素、磺胺异恶唑、青霉素、红霉素、呋喃妥因、四环素、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、阿莫西林、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考和强力霉素已经产生了很强的耐药性,为提高;临床合理用药提供科学依据。

Duck Pathogenic Escherichia Coli from Sensitivity Test

Abstract:Duck duck farming in Hubei province died of brain, liver, and spleen and heart were isolated and cul- tured by Gram staining, biochemical testing, colonies of initially identified as E. coll. In pathogenicity tests to in- fect healthy dose of 3.0 × 10^8 CFU/mL mouse, mice in all died within 8 - 24 h. Drag sensitivity tests revealed thai the duck isolates to streptomycin, chloramphenicol, sulfonamides isoxazole, penicillin, erylhromycin, nitrofnran- toin, tetracycline, amikacin, gentamicin, kanamycin, A amoxicillin, enrofloxacin, florfenicol and doxycycline have produced a very strong resistance, to improve the scientific basis for rational clinical use of the drug.
