荧光定量PCR技术在疾病检测上的应用

摘    要:实时荧光定量PCR技术融汇了传统PCR技术灵敏、快速、特异的特点以及光谱技术的高敏感性和高精确定量的优点,以直接探测PCR过程中荧光信号的变化获得定量的结果。因其具有特异性强、灵敏度高、重复性好、定量准确、速度快、全封闭反应等优点,成为当前疫病检测广泛采用的分子生物学诊断技术。本文就实时荧光定量PCR技术在疾病检测上的应用作一综述。
