平安县草产业发展调研

平安县具有发展草产业的光、热、土资源优势和地域优势。发展草产业是农民增收的一条重要途径,是农区经济结构调整的重点。笔者通过对全县草产业发展状况进行调查研究,针对存在的一些问题提出对策和建议。

DEVELOPMEMNT OF THE GRASS INDUSTRY IN PINAN COUNTY

In recent years, the per capita net income increases relatively slowly in the rural area of Pingm coun- ty, and the urgent problems , such as regulating agricultural industry structure, elevating agriculture efficiency and increasing farmers＇income, should be resolved immediately. Ping＇an county, abundant in light, heat and land resource, has the advantage of developing pasture grasses, which is one of the most important ways to increase farmersincome, and also vital to regulate the rural economic structrue. This paper intends to come up with the countermeasures and suggestions aiming at problems in the development of the grass industry after a comprehen- sive investigation and extensive research.
