甘南州草产业现状及发展对策

在人为和自然因素双重作用下,草原牧区“三化”现象日益严重,草畜矛盾十分突出。通过对草业基地开发试点,揭示草产业开发中存在的问题,提出了草业发展的总体思路与原则,走草畜结合的产业化道路,增加科技含量,延伸产业链,构筑草产业发展新格局,是推动草业建设与社会经济持续发展的必经之路。

THE CONDITION AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF GRASSLAND INDUSTRIZATION IN GANNAN OF GANSU PROVINCE

Grassland degradation,with soil being saline-alkali or sandy,occurring in a pasturing area has appeared increasingly,due to the effects of the natural factors and human activity,and so the contradiction between grass and livestock occurs obviously.This study showed there may be some problems during the development of grassland industrialization,and propised the general rules and projects in relation to the grassland industrialization.It showed the new development strategies such as connecting grass and livestock,adding the input of technology,extending the industrial rings and constructing the new development patterns,were the only way of promoting grasslandconstruction and economic developmemt.
