摘    要:本研究观察了蛋白抗原的自由饮水、皮下注射和强饲途径对鸡免疫应答能力的影响。结果显示,注射免疫和饮水免疫处理组所产生的IgG应答明显强于强饲免疫处理组和未免疫的对照组(P〈0.05),这说明抗原接触途径中的自由饮水免疫方式与注射免疫方式同样有效,这为商品家禽接种纯化的蛋白抗原提供了一种崭新的途径。

Abstract:This study was performed to determine immunoresponsiveness of chickens to protein antigen administered via and libitum drinking water and oral garage routes. Systemic responses in the serum of experimental birds revealed a greater IgG response (P 〈 0.05) when BSA was administered via i.p. injection or by drinking water compared with gavage administration or nonin-anunized controls. It was demonstrated that ad libitum drinking water administration of a protein antigen is as effective as i. p. , Which esposured and potentially described a novel approach to immunization of commercial poultrywith purified protein antigens.
