摘    要:本试验用世界著名肉羊品种萨福克羊、无角陶赛特羊、杜泊尔和夏洛来羊为父本,以繁殖性能较好的小尾寒羊和适应性较强的蒙古羊杂交后代为母本,分别采用了"萨×寒×蒙【萨福克羊♂×(小尾寒羊♂×蒙古羊♀)】、陶×寒×蒙【无角陶赛特♂×(小尾寒羊♂×蒙古羊♀)】、夏×寒×蒙【夏洛来♂×(小尾寒羊♂×蒙古羊♀)】和杜×寒×蒙"【杜泊羊♂×(小尾寒羊♂×蒙古羊♀)】等三元杂交模式,并对各种杂交模式的肉用指标进行了统计分析,结果"杜×寒×蒙"杂交繁育6月龄的羔羊,胴体重比萨×寒×蒙、陶×寒×蒙和夏×寒×蒙组合分别高出2.30 kg、2.32 kg、和2.52 kg;净肉重分别高出2.17 kg、1.94 kg和2.14 kg;屠宰率分别高出0.97、1.15和2.03个百分点;骨肉比分别高出0.17、0.08和0.13,"杜×寒×蒙"杂一代的增重速度、屠宰各项指标高出其他三种组合,且差异显著(P0.05),说明杜×寒×蒙杂交组合后代肉用性能较好。

Abstract:The world-famous Suffolk sheep,Dorest sheep,Dubo sheep and Charolais sheep were considered as male parents.Hybrid Progenies between the most adaptative small-tailed han sheep and Mongolian sheep were selected as female parents in this experiment.Four hybridized models of Sa×Han×Meng.Tao×Han×Meng,Xia×Han×Meng and Du×Han ×Meng were higher than 2.30 kg,2.32 kg and 2.52 kg among Sa×Han×Meng,Tao ×Han×Meng and Xia×Han×Meng.Du×Han×Meng's net meat weight were higher than 2.17 kg,1.94 kg and 2.14 kg among three other models:Du×Han ×Meng's ratio of bone and meat were higher than 0.17,0.08 and 0.13 among three other models.Growth and development,slaughter performance,carcass characteristics of Du×Han ×Meng were sigificantly different from three other models(P0.05).Meat perfmance of Du×Han ×Meng was ideal and Du×Han ×Meng ybridized model can be popularized in Gansu province and surrounding areas.
