| 摘 要： | 摘要:本研究根据GenBank上已发表的猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）、猪伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）、猪细小病毒（PPV）的基因序列，设计了3对特异性引物，扩增PCV2、PRV、PPV，建立了同时检测PCV2、PRV、PPV的多重PCR方法。所扩增特异性产物片段大小分别为350、191、270 bp。该方法特异性强、敏感性高，可以用于猪圆环病、猪伪狂犬病、猪细小病的实验室诊断和流行病学调查。

| Abstract: | Abstract：According to the gene sequences in GenBank of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2）, porcine pseudorabies virus （PRV） and porcine parvovirus （PPV）, three pairs of specific primers were designed for amplifying the four specific fragments of PCV2, PPV and PRV 350 bp 270 bp and 191 bp in length, respectively. The results indicated that multiplex PCR is both sensitive and specific, providing a new method for the clinical diagnosis and epidemiological research of the three diseases. |
