| Abstract: | As a new rapid diagnosis technique,gold-immunochromatography has the merit of micro analysis,specificity,convenience and is applied to general survey.This paper focused on principle and establishment of immunochromatographic strip.The applications of immunochromatographic strip in animal disease diagnosis were introduced in the article. |
