| 摘 要： | 本试验运用化学发光免疫分析法（chemiluminescence immunoassay，CLIA）检测猪尿中莱克多巴胺（Ractopamine，RAC）的残留。检测限为0.01 ng/mL，检测范围为0.036～32.2 ng/mL。添加浓度分别为0.1、1、10 ng/mL，平均回收率为73.2%，批内平均变异系数为9.7%，批间平均变异系数为11.3%。而本研究所建立的化学发光免疫检测方法(CLISA)可以达到检测RAC残留的要求。

| Abstract: | A method was established for the determination of Ractopamine(RAC) residues in swine urine by indirect competitive chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA).The limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL,and the detection ranged from 0.036 to 32.2 ng/mL.At the fortified levels of 0.1,1 and 10 ng/mL,mean recoveries was 73.2%,the intra-assay variation was 9.7%,and the inter-assay variation was 11.3%. |
